Everything was great, the guys were prompt and punctual. Meals were provided on the yacht, and transfers were arranged. They provided all the necessary snorkeling equipment and briefed us. We'd be happy to go with this company again!

The trip started off really well and at first we felt very welcomed. The crew were friendly and Mo, who was guiding us, made us feel comfortable and at home during the beginning of the tour. Unfortunately, the last part of the trip completely changed the experience for us. From the start I had clearly told the photographer that we did not want any photos, but despite saying no several times, he kept approaching my husband and daughters trying to convince us to take pictures. Even towards the end of the trip both photographers repeatedly came back trying to sell us photos we had already declined. It became uncomfortable and felt quite pushy. Another issue was the tipping situation. We had planned to give Mo a personal tip because he had been very friendly and helpful. However, crew members walked around with a tip box, tapping people on the shoulder asking for tips. We asked if the tip box was also for Mo and were told yes, so my husband put the cash he had left into the box. When we later told Mo that we had placed his tip in the box, his attitude seemed to change. As he walked us to the car, he barely spoke to us and did not engage with us at all. We even managed to get some extra cash from my mum because we still wanted to give him something personally, but before we could do that he walked ahead, put us into the car quickly and left without even saying goodbye. To make matters worse, while we were walking from the boat to the car, the photographers were laughing and saying things that made us feel like they were talking about us, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. That said, I do want to mention that the company itself was very responsive when we raised these concerns. They replied quickly and took the feedback seriously, which we appreciated and hopefully it means the issue will not happen again in the future. We also had another excursion booked with the company — the safari trip — and the staff there were actually very good and not pushy at all. The only downside to that experience was the evening show and the food, which unfortunately were not great, and the food ended up making us feel ill for the next couple of days. Overall, the excursions themselves have good potential and the company does seem willing to listen and improve, but the pressure around photos and the tipping situation during the boat trip definitely needs to be handled better so that it does not spoil the experience for guests.

The excursion was wonderful! We went to Hula Hula Island, swam, snorkeled, had lunch on the yacht, and had a great, punctual transfer! The sea was stunning, and the locations were perfect. Three of us with our group, and everyone was delighted. Next time we're in Egypt, we'll only book excursions here from now on.
