If you get separated from your group

1. Stay calm.

2. Find any official guide and say: “Please contact my tour operator Fun Stay Travel.” Guides in Egypt always help other guides or tourists.

Never ask random locals for help, no matter how trustworthy they may look.

3. If you have internet, message us via any messenger:

  • WhatsApp
  • Viber
  • Telegram
  • Messenger

Send us:

  • a short text message
  • a photo of your exact location
  • any visible landmark nearby (statue, café, columns, signs)

4. Do not move — wait for the guide to reach you. This is important so that we don’t have to search across the entire area.

We will find you quickly and return you to the group — we handle such situations professionally.
